Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100g penne
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 240 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 800 ml vegetable stock
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. curry powder
- 500 g broccoli florets
- 6 tbsp cream cheese, reduced calorie
- 4 tbsp herbs of your choice

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and dice the onions, wash the bell peppers and finely chop them, as well as the chicken breast fillet. Crush the garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the chicken breast and fry. Add the bell peppers and fry. Pour in 300 ml of vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut the broccoli into florets and sauté in 500 ml of vegetable stock for about 8 minutes. Stir the cream cheese and mixed herbs into the sauce and season to taste. Serve the pasta with the sauce and broccoli.
