quick and tasty

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, peel the stalks, and chop finely. Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Roughly dice the onion. Finely dice the garlic. Fry the ham and onion in a pan with a little margarine. Add the broccoli and chopped garlic, sprinkle with pepper, and cook for a good 5 minutes with the pan covered. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Add a little water if needed and stir in the cream cheese, seasoning with pepper if desired. The ham and cheese mean no (!) salt is needed. Serve with boiled potatoes.
