Broccoli and potato porridge with oat flakes

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 10 tbsp oat flakes
  • 10 tbsp apple juice
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

from the 8th month

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Bring both to a boil with a little water and simmer over low heat. Then remove from the heat, stir in the oatmeal, and season with apple juice. Let the porridge cool slightly, add the rapeseed oil, and blend everything until smooth. For storage, we recommend freezing the portions in suitable containers.
