Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 450 g broccoli
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ liter beef broth
- 150 g cream
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim the broccoli and trim the florets from the stems. Wash, peel, and roughly chop the potatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Place everything in a pot and add the beef broth and 1 liter of water. Cook until soft, then puree with a hand blender. Finally, stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
