Broccoli – beef – mash

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g broccoli, in florets
  • 40 g potatoes
  • 20 g lean beef
  • 30 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and chop the broccoli. Wash, peel, and chop the potatoes. Sauté/steam them together. Chop the meat and cook in a little water until tender. Puree the broccoli, potatoes, and meat. Mix in the apple juice and oil.
