Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 30 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ liter of lukewarm water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 eggs, fresh
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 200 g cream
  • 300g Gorgonzola
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the bowl. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle over the sugar. Pour the water into the well and carefully mix the yeast with a little flour, the sugar, and the water. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. 2. In the meantime, hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes), rinse in cold water, peel, and cut into eighths. Peel, wash, and slice the carrots. Trim, wash, and cut the broccoli into small florets. 3. Add salt and oil to the risen dough and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes and drain well. Knead the risen dough vigorously on a floured surface, then roll it out, place it on a greased baking sheet, and gently press up the edges. 5. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base. Heat the cream in a saucepan and stir in the cheese pieces. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Immediately pour the cream and cheese mixture over the tomato paste dough. Arrange the broccoli, carrots, and eggs on top. 6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 40 minutes.
