Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 cl gin
- 3 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Sparkling mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with 4-5 ice cubes for at least 1-2 minutes. To prevent freezing fingers, wrap a cloth around the shaker. The shaker should be made of metal, if possible, to chill the drink quickly. Place fresh ice cubes in a highball glass (approx. 200 ml capacity), strain the mixture from the shaker into it, and fill with cold mineral water. Serve with a straw. Tip: Make your own simple syrup (see my recipe for this).
