Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli, frozen or fresh
  • 150 g ham
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for 2 minutes, arrange them in a baking dish, and sprinkle with ham strips. Combine the heavy cream, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and spread the mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
