Broccoli in cream sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 potato(s)
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Singles dinner

Divide the broccoli into small florets. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add them to a saucepan with a cup of broth and cook until soft. Add the crème fraîche and puree. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the broccoli and simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes, until the broccoli florets are tender. Add more broth if needed.
