Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 2 kg meat (gyro meat)
- 2 cans of tomatoes
- 3 cups of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cream cheese spreads
- 2 jars of mushrooms
- 2 liters of broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly fry the gyros. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large pot and heat gently. Then add the gyros and bring everything to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
