Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 ml crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Chicken broth, instant
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

I boil salted water for the pasta and cook it until it’s still firm to the bite. At the same time, I also boil a pot of water, into which I add the broccoli, and season it with a little chicken stock and nutmeg. When the pasta and broccoli are ready, I brown the ground beef and season it with salt, pepper, and paprika. Just don’t cook it all the way through, or the beef will be too dry. Now I put the cream and crème fraîche into a bowl, mix it together, and season it with salt, pepper, and a little stock. I use chicken stock because the casserole tastes better with it than with beef stock. Now I layer the pasta, then the ground beef and broccoli in a casserole dish. I then add the cheese on top and finally the cream and crème fraîche sauce and place the casserole in the oven at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
