Broccoli pasta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 450 g pasta (spirelli), cooked
  • 100 g ham, raw, without fat
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets, and blanch it in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well. Place the cooked pasta and broccoli in a baking dish. Cut the ham into strips and arrange on top. Whisk the milk with the eggs and vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then spread the mixture over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. 4.5 servings per serving.
