Pasta – Ham – Gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (horn pasta)
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 80 g lean ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pieces
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp broth, clear
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • n. B. herbs and spices (e.g. basil, oregano, spice mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add clear broth, and cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the bell peppers and fry in oil. Slice the cooked ham and add it. Stir in the tomatoes and their juices. Season to taste. Mix the pasta with the vegetables in a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 175°C for about 10 minutes. Variation: Replace the cooked ham with 100g of poultry sausage and top with 100g of grated cheese.
