Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 75 g ham, diced, low-fat
- 400 g chopped tomatoes, canned
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Paprika powder
- 120 g tortellini, dry
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated up to 30% fat
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Cut the chili peppers into rings and the onions into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Fry the bacon in a hot pan, add the garlic, diced onion, and chili rings, sauté briefly, and deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Season the sauce with parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder, and pour the tortellini into a baking dish. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a salad (charge extra!). WW – 5p per serving.
