Broccoli pasta gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 750 g broccoli
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the pasta briefly, then blanch the broccoli. Combine the sour cream, cream, and eggs, and season well with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Layer the pasta and broccoli in a casserole dish, arrange the ham on top, and pour the cream and sour cream mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle the cheese over the pasta and bake the casserole at 200°C until the pasta is cooked and the cheese is nicely browned.
