Broccoli Pizza with Feta
The perfect broccoli pizza with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 20 g Yeast fresh
- 125 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt

- For 2 round pizzas (25 cm diameter). Knead the flour with yeast, lukewarm water, olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar with the kneading pegs of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough and cook for about 15 minutes Let rise in a warm place. Knead vigorously with your hands on a floured surface. Shape the dough into a ball and cover for another 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (convection not suitable). - Wash the broccoli, clean and cut into florets. Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain. Coarsely chop the herbs. Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices.
