Zuccini Feta Pizza
The perfect zuccini feta pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Zucchini
- 150 g Feta
- 200 g Sour cream
- 2 piece Organic egg yolks
- 0,5 teaspoon Rose paprika powder
- Salt, cayenne pepper
- Spring onion and red onion
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Dried oregano
- 50 g Kat ham finely diced
- 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 50 g Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 piece Pickled olives
- 400 g Pizza dough finished product
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the feta in a bowl and mash it, add sour cream, paprika, pepper, oregano and egg yolks and stir everything together. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Cut the onions and olives into thin rings. Grate the Parmesan.
- Now place the pizza dough on a baking sheet with baking paper and pull it wider until the sheet is filled. Spread the sour cream and cheese cream on top and top with onions, olives and zucchini. Finally, lightly salt and pepper and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
- The total baking time at 220 degrees is about 15 minutes. After 5 minutes I sprinkled the ham cubes on top and after another 5 minutes sprinkled the Parmesan on top. On the one hand there are fewer cubes of ham, on the other more, so everyone can choose.
