Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes

Clean the broccoli and divide it into small florets. (The broccoli is used raw.) Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Mix the natural yogurt with honey, vinegar, raisins, sunflower seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix the sauce with the broccoli florets and onion rings. Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Tip: If you like, you can use sugar instead of honey. If you want to add meat, you can add 2-3 chopped and cooked bacon strips.
