Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 50 ml herbal vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp, heaped sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes
Trim the white cabbage and slice it into strips. Peel and grate the carrots. Place both in a large bowl. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly and let it sit, ideally overnight.
