Orange – cinnamon – yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 oranges
  • 250 g natural yogurt, mild
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Peel the oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces (e.g., cut them into eighths, following the lines of the segments, and then quarter the segments again). Pour the yogurt into a large bowl and add the cinnamon, stirring constantly (ideally using a small shaker to avoid lumps). Then add the vanilla sugar to the yogurt and mix well. Finally, add the oranges. Note: You may not need or even need to add any vanilla sugar if the oranges are very sweet. If you still want the vanilla, you can of course add a little vanilla pulp if you like.
