Chicory salad with a twist

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicory
  • 1 apple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Remove the chicory stem and chop the lettuce. Cut the fruit into small cubes. Mix the oil, lemon juice, and sugar together and then pour over the salad. Let it all sit for 1 hour.
