Cooking: Sausage Goulash

  • 800 g Meat loaf simple
  • 5 Onions
  • 2 El Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 400 ml Gravy
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 5 Allspice grains
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Caraway seeds
  1. Cut the meat loaf into small cubes. Fry in oil, sprinkle with paprika powder and sauté briefly. Add the tomato paste and fry, then add the onions and stew until the base is nice and brown. Now pour the stock up and let it simmer briefly with the spices. Season to taste again and thicken with flour. Finally, add a tablespoon of creme fraiche.
