Broccoli – tomatoes – eggs – salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente, then cut into small pieces. Cut the eggs and tomatoes into eighths. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad.
