Broccoli with Egg and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 750 g Fresh broccoli
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil eggs, peel and cut into wedges. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and cook in salted boiling water. Drain and drain. For the yoghurt sauce, peel the garlic, press it through a press and mix with the yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Let the olive oil get hot. Fry both ingredients briefly in it. Season with herb salt. Arrange the vegetables and serve with the garlic sauce.
  • I served wholemeal rolls with it. Enjoy your meal!
