Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 100 g Flaxseed crushed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40 g Liquid butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 2 tbsp Low carb ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Mix the flax seeds, eggs, butter and baking powder together.
  • Place two dumplings (hamburger size) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Approx. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the burger bun is firm and lightly crispy.
  • Bring the beef mince lightly with pepper and salt and 2 meatballs into shape.
  • Fry as desired in the pan. If you have fresh beef, you can also eat the burger medium (approx. 5 minutes). If you are unsure, rather enjoy it well done (approx. 10 min.). TIP: Also great to prepare on the grill!
  • Cut the burger buns open with a lettuce leaf, meat, tomato and onion slices.
  • Finally, some low carb ketchup, done.
