Broccoli with minced meat and hollandaise sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some oil for frying
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of Hollandaise sauce, approx. 200 ml
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 handfuls of cheese, grated (mozzarella and Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Pour oil into a pot (I used a cast iron pot), fry the onion, then add the ground beef and cook until well cooked. Then add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli. Pour the hollandaise sauce into a small pot, bring to a boil, and season with nutmeg and pepper. Place the broccoli on top of the ground beef mixture, then pour the hollandaise sauce over it, and finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for half an hour.
