Brown Rice with Carrot Pomace with Stewed Tomato Soy Pieces with Steamed Broccoli

  • 3 handful Soy meat preparation dry product
  • 0,25 liter Homemade vegetable broth a.m.Kb
  • ***************************************
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped Direct tomato juice
  • 2 chopped Vegetable salt
  • ***************************************
  • 2 cups Brown rice
  • 2 cups Homemade vegetable broth a.m.Kb
  • 2 tbsp Carrot pomace
  • ***************************************
  • 1 Broccoli
  1. Bring the soy meat parts to the boil in hot vegetable broth, strain them, let them cool down a little and then cut into small strips (any shape).
  2. Heat some OIL in a pan, sear the chopped onion, add the soy meat, sweat it out and stew a little …… slowly add roasted aromas ….. deglaze the whole thing with tomato juice, bring to the boil, with vegetables -Season to taste and let simmer a little.
  3. Put the brown rice in the vegetable stock and cook, the water is almost completely boiled at the end or is absorbed by the rice, then stir in the carrot pomace (I have either fresh or frozen) underneath.
  4. Cut the broccoli from the stalk and cook in lightly salted water, I use vegetable salt. It should stay firm to the bite and not lose its color.
