Tomato Sauce with Soy Pieces on Brown Rice

The perfect tomato sauce with soy pieces on brown rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 piece Beef soy meat
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 1 medium sized Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Vegetable salt *
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • ************************************
  • 2 cups Brown rice
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth *
  1. Let the soy pieces soak in the boiling vegetable stock for about 2 minutes, then sieve them off and cut them into small pieces, as desired. They are then braised in rapeseed oil with onions and topped with chopped tomatoes. Bring the whole thing to a boil and season with pepper and vegetable salt, let it simmer gently for a few minutes.
  2. Cook the brown rice in the vegetable broth, the vegetable broth consists of 2 tablespoons of vegetable stock powder (which I make myself) and water, then sieve it off and let it rest for a while.
  3. Arrange the whole thing on preheated plates.
