Browned yogurt crispy ice cream

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt, Greek cream yogurt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tbsp drink powder, Ovomaltine
  • 120 g confectionery, Daim
  • some confectionery, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

light and not so sweet

Chop the confectionery in a food processor, or chop it by hand with a wide knife. Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl with a food processor. Blend in the ice cream maker until creamy, which takes about 35 minutes. I then place my ice cream container in the freezer for another 30 minutes to form nice scoops. Serve the ice cream and decorate with chopped confectionery. Dust lightly with powdered sugar, if desired.
