Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate

  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 egg(s) size L
  • 2 egg whites size L
  • 60 g hazelnuts or other nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

simple, gluten-free chocolate cookies

Sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix. Add the egg and egg white. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and add it to the bowl and mix well. Optionally, you can also mix in roughly chopped hazelnuts, almonds or similar. Place one tablespoon of batter per cookie onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper. It is important to leave enough space between the cookies, as they will rise and expand considerably. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C with a convection grill (fan with top heat) on the middle rack for 15 minutes, until they break open. Then let them cool completely on the baking paper, otherwise they will still be too soft and stick to the baking paper.
