Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 250 g bacon
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g butter
- 200 g cheese

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 15 minutes until tender. Brown the bacon and onions in plenty of butter. Combine the bacon and onions in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes. Season well before serving. I recommend using organic ingredients for this recipe, of course.
