Brownies beautifully chocolatey

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g cashew nuts or walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 160 g flour
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for a sheet

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the crumbled chocolate, and melt over low heat. Then let cool slightly. Put the eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl and stir until the mixture is light in color. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Then fold in the nuts and flour. Place on a well-greased baking sheet (approx. 1 1/2-2 cm thick) and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. The brownies should still be moist inside. After baking, let cool slightly and cut into cubes while still warm (dip the knife in cold water regularly). Remove from the pan once cooled. The brownies taste best fresh, but they can be kept in a tin for up to a week.
