Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cress, chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 tsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Power for the immune system

Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. Drink at least two glasses a day, and your cold will soon be over. The combined power of yogurt, garlic, and horseradish—it’s no match for it! It also tastes great on its own, with baked potatoes or grilled food.
