Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 jar white wine, dry
  • 1 jar oil (corn oil) or olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g ham, cooked, cut into cubes
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 15 olives, green or black, sliced
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • little salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Olive and Ham Cake

Preheat the oven (180°C). In a bowl, combine the flour, white wine, oil, baking powder, and eggs. Add the ham, cheese, and olives. Mix all ingredients together and season with a little salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for about 45 minutes. I got this recipe from my dear French friend and usually make it for brunch. It tastes great warm, fresh from the oven.
