Spaghetti salad with feta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 peppers, green or red
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bag(s) of ready-made salad dressing mix
  • 1 ½ tsp instant broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti. Finely chop the garlic. Remove the seeds from the peppers and thinly slice them. If you like it spicy, you can also use red peppers. Dice the feta cheese. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate it finely. Dress the salad dressing packet with “just” oil (not water) and add 1.5 teaspoons of broth. Combine all ingredients except the feta cheese and add the feta cheese last. It tastes great hot or cold.
