Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese (Brunch legére)
  • 1 cup of cream light
  • 2 tbsp milk, 1.5%
  • some chives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • pepper
  • herbal salt
  • Vegetable broth, granulated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine Brunch Légère with Crème Légère and milk. Finely chop the chives, mince the garlic, dice the onion, and add everything to the cheese cream. Season to taste with paprika, pepper, herb salt, and vegetable broth. Tastes great with baked potatoes, tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or simply on bread.
