Pasta with Gorgonzola, salmon and white wine sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 250 g salmon
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 400 ml white wine
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Dill, finely chopped
  • butter
  • Flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the salmon and onion. Sauté the onions in a little butter in a pan until translucent, then add the salmon and fry. When the salmon has turned light brown, deglaze with 300-350 ml of white wine. Add the Gorgonzola to the sauce and let it melt. Once the cheese has melted, make a dough with the remaining white wine and a little flour and use it to thicken the sauce. Now press the garlic and add it to the sauce. Season with pepper, salt, dill, and paprika. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and let it drain briefly, then toss everything together and serve immediately.
