  • some herb butter
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

great starter or snack

Cut the baguette into slices and spread with a little herb butter. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and dice them. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and dice it too. Heat a little oil in a small saucepan and warm the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel and crush the garlic to taste, then add it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then spoon the mixture onto the baguette slices. The appetizer or snack is ready to serve. It also tastes good cold.
