Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 slices of ciabatta
- Salt
- pepper, black
- ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy (0.2% fat)

Before heating, rub a nonstick pan with the sliced garlic clove and brush with olive oil. Slice the tomatoes, place them in the pan, and heat covered. Toast the bread slices. After about 2 minutes, turn the tomato slices over, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the herbs. Continue cooking over low heat for about 1 minute. Then spread the cream cheese over the tomato slices and let the cheese melt, covered, for 1 minute. Place the tomatoes on the toasted bread slices and serve while still warm.
