- 1 Chicken schnitzel
- Various spices: thyme, oregano, rosemary to taste
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- Rapeseed oil to taste (fry)

- 1 Tomato
- 1 Pair Basil leaves
- Ruccola to taste
- 1 Pearl onion

- Wash the chicken schnitzel, pat dry with kitchen paper. Then rub with salt and gourmet pepper. Take a pan, heat the rapeseed oil in it and fry the seasoned chicken schnitzel all over. Then take it out and keep it warm.

- Wash and dice the tomato and place in a bowl. Peel the pearl onion and the clove of garlic in a lightning chopper together with the few basil leaves. Fold in everything and season with salt, gourmet pepper, thyme, oregano and rosemary.
- Now take a large flat plate and place the chicken schnitzel on top. Add the bruschetta on top and spread around with the rocket as you like. Serve immediately!
