Bruschetta with Broccoli and Ham
The perfect bruschetta with broccoli and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Baguette / bruschetta
- 150 g Freshly cooked broccoli
- 50 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Mozzarella
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Herbal mixture TK
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- First cut the broccoli into florets and cook or steam for about 8-10 minutes … Drain and set aside. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes or strips.
- Mix the broccoli, sour cream, ham, mozzarella and frozen herbs in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Then cut the baguette into slices and distribute the mixture evenly on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 5 minutes and then serve!
