Bruschetta with Broccoli and Ham

The perfect bruschetta with broccoli and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Baguette / bruschetta
  • 150 g Freshly cooked broccoli
  • 50 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Herbal mixture TK
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  1. First cut the broccoli into florets and cook or steam for about 8-10 minutes … Drain and set aside. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes or strips.
  2. Mix the broccoli, sour cream, ham, mozzarella and frozen herbs in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Then cut the baguette into slices and distribute the mixture evenly on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 5 minutes and then serve!
