Brussels sprouts and pear vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 300g bacon
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut a cross at the ends. Boil them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain. Wash, core, and dice the pears. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry them in a pan without fat until crispy. Add the Brussels sprouts and pears and fry for 2 minutes. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
