Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 30 g tea (Darjeeling)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of lemon(s) peel, untreated
  • 5 raisins
  • 80 ml spirit
  • 125 ml water
  • Water, to refill
  • 270 ml spirit
  • 60 ml rum
  • 300 ml syrup (sugar syrup)
  • Sugar – Color

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour a mixture of 80 ml of spirit and 125 ml of water over the tea and spices. Let it steep for one week. Filter the mixture and pour enough water over the residue until the 200 ml mark is reached. Mix the tea extract with 270 ml of spirit, rum, and sugar syrup. Top up to one liter with water and garnish with caramel coloring, if desired. Let it mature for about a week and bottle.
