Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 g butter
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them in salted water until al dente. Next, melt the butter, brown the breadcrumbs, and sprinkle them over the cooked Brussels sprouts.
