Carrot Vegetables, Boiled Potatoes with Sausages and Smoked Pork

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Potato
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 4 Wollwurst / Puffy
  • 500 g Kassler triggered
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Parsely
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Marjoram
  • 0,5 L Milk
  • 1 tbsp Flour

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Put in a saucepan with water and salt. Cook until tender.
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into slightly thicker slices. Sauté in a saucepan with butter, sprinkle with flour.
  • Add the spices and pour in the milk, and simmer until creamy while stirring. The carrots should still have up.
  • In the meantime the Kassler, I always buy them in one piece, cut into slices.
  • Fry the smoked pork chops and sausages in a pan with rapeseed oil. As one would like it to be. My men want it strong.
  • Drain the finished boiled potatoes and arrange on a plate. Add the carrot vegetables. And if you want, meat or sausage to go with it.
