Make a bubble tea without any sugar

Bubble tea is usually full of sugar and additives. If you want to do without sugar, you can simply make the trendy drink yourself.

  • You only need a few ingredients to make your own. You need 3 tea bags of black tea, 3 tablespoons of the sweetener xylitol, 400 milliliters of water and 100 milliliters of milk of your choice.
  • You can also use the so-called Boba pearls for the typical bubble tea effect. These are available in many different flavors.
  • In the first step, boil the water. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let the black tea steep for a few minutes.
