Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 drops of lemon juice
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- Fat, for the casserole dish
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a yeast dough from all ingredients and let it rise for one hour. Then divide the dough into equal-sized balls and place them in a greased baking dish. Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Homemade vanilla sauce is the best accompaniment. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
