Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g buckwheat, ground
- 100 g potato flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Cranberries
- whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the buckwheat flour, potato flour, and baking powder, and mix well. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter and bake at medium heat for about 35 minutes. Cut the cake base in half two or three times, depending on its thickness, and spread each layer with a layer of cranberries and cream. Decorate with cream and chocolate sprinkles.
