Boil the water and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add the buckwheat flour all at once and stir quickly to avoid lumps. Stir until the mixture starts to pull away from the bottom of the pot. Let it cool. Cut the cold mixture into small dumplings and fry them in fat. Finally, beat the eggs with a little milk and salt, pour over the dumplings, and let them set. This is a traditional Good Friday dish, served straight from the pan placed in the middle of the table.
