Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 100 g raisins
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- oil
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Salt
Instructions

Boil the potatoes and press them through a ricer, then let them cool. Mix with eggs, cream, salt, and raisins. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the batter in batches. Brown the underside of each pancake, turn it over, and immediately cut into pieces and finish cooking. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve with any compote.
